If a candidate cancels admission after paying the tuition fee and participates in the next phase, the fee paid earlier will be considered for the new allotment.

Candidates have to pay the tuition fee mentioned in the allotment order and complete self-reporting online within the given timeline to confirm their provisional seat. A printout should be taken after self-reporting.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the TS EAMCET 2025 seat allotment letter:

• Visit the official TS EAMCET counselling website — tgeapcet.nic.in.
• Click on the ‘Candidate Login’ link available on the homepage.
• Enter your login details can click the submit button..
• After logging in, click on the ‘Allotment Order’ download link.
• Download and save the seat allotment letter for future reference.
• Take a printout and carry it during self-reporting and college reporting.

Candidates who book slots for the second phase can attend certificate verification on July 26. Only those who complete this step will be eligible to exercise web options. After certificate verification, candidates can exercise web options between July 26 and 27.

The second phase of TS EAMCET 2025 counselling will start on July 25 with online filing of basic information, processing fee payment, and slot booking for certificate verification. This is for candidates who did not attend the first phase.

Candidates appearing for certificate verification as part of TS EAMCET 2025 counselling should carry all original documents along with two sets of Xerox copies.

• SSC or equivalent marks memo
• Intermediate or equivalent memo-cum-pass certificate
• Study certificates from Class 6 to Intermediate or equivalent
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
• Income certificate issued on or after January 1, 2025, by a competent authority (if applicable)
• EWS income and asset certificate issued by the Tahsildar valid for 2025–26 (if applicable)
• Caste certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)
• Residence certificate for a period of seven years preceding the qualifying examination, in case of non-institutionalised education
• For non-local candidates: relevant documents to be considered under unreserved category

Candidates allotted seats in the first round of TS EAMCET 2025 counselling can check their allotment status at tgeapcet.nic.in and complete tuition fee payment and self-reporting between July 18 and 22. Meanwhile, the Telangana High Court has stayed fee hikes for BTech courses and directed TAFRC to review proposals from private colleges. As per TSCHE’s latest notice, there will be no change in BTech tuition fees for 2025-26.

After the TS EAMCET 2025 seat allotment, candidates will have to pay the tuition fee and complete the self-reporting process through the official website between July 18 and 22, 2025. Candidates who did not participate in the first phase can take part in the second phase by filling in the basic information, paying the processing fee, and booking a slot for certificate verification at a help line centre. This process will begin on July 25, 2025.

Candidates can download the TS EAMCET 2025 seat allotment order by signing in through the 'Candidate Login' section on the official website, tgeapcet.nic.in. To access the allotment letter, they will have to log in using their ROC number, hall ticket number, password and date of birth.

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TS CHE) will declare the TS EAMCET 2025 phase 1 seat allotment results shortly on its official website at tgeapcet.nic.in. However, currently the website is showing error as given in the image below.

The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) conducted the TS EAMCET 2025 exam for admission to engineering, agriculture and medical courses on May 9 to 11 in two shifts. The forenoon shift was held from 9 am to 12 noon, while the afternoon shift took place from 3 pm to 6 pm.
