Download NowNEW DELHI: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has opened the registration window for the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2025 today, March 3. Eligible candidates can fill out the TS ECET 2025 application form by visiting the official website at ecet.tsche.ac.in.
Osmania University, Hyderabad, on behalf of the TSCHE, will conduct the TS ECET 2025 exam on May 12. The exam will take place from 9 am to 12 noon. As per the official schedule, the last date to fill out the TS ECET 2025 application form without paying a late fee is April 19.
Candidates will be able to edit their TS ECET 2025 applications from April 28 to May 2, 2025. TS ECET hall tickets 2025 will be available for download from May 6, 2025.
TS ECET 2025: Application fee
The registration fee for the TS ECET 2025 is Rs 500 for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates. For all other candidates, the application fee is Rs 900. The last date for TS ECET 2025 form submission with a late fee of Rs 500 is April 26. Candidates can also apply with a late fee of Rs 1,000 till May 2, 2025.

TS ECET 2025 Registration: Eligibility criteria
Candidates should satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for appearing for the TG ECET 2025.
- Candidates must have a diploma in engineering and technology or pharmacy from the state board of technical education, Telangana, or an equivalent diploma recognised by the Telangana government. or
- Candidates can also apply with a three-year Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognised university in Telangana or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates pursuing a diploma under the sandwich pattern must complete practical training before counselling.
- A minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) is required in the qualifying diploma or BSc (Mathematics) degree.
“Candidates appearing for qualifying examination in the academic year 2024-2025 are eligible and have to submit the qualifying certificate with required percentage of marks at the time of counseling for admissions,” the official notice said.
TS ECET exam is conducted for lateral entry admission into the second year of Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) courses in universities and unaided private institutions approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It also facilitates admission into the second year of the Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) course in institutions approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
