UGC NET December 2024 application correction window open; editable fields
UGC NET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held from January 1 to 19, 2025. Edit application form by tomorrow through the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction window for the University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December session 2024 by today, December 13. Candidates who applied for the exam can make changes in their UGC NET 2024 application form for the December session through the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
As per the official notice, the UGC NET December 2024 application correction facility will be open till tomorrow, December 14. Candidates will have to use their login details such as registration number and password to make changes in their UGC NET 2024 application form.
“The candidates are allowed to make the corrections, latest by 14th December 2024 (Up to 11:59 P.M.). Thereafter, no correction in particulars, whatsoever, will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances. The additional fee (wherever applicable) shall be paid by the candidate concerned either through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking or UPI,” the official notice read.
The UGC NET 2024 exam for the December session is scheduled to be held from January 1 to 19, 2025. The exam will be conducted for 85 subjects to determine the eligibility of candidates for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as assistant professor, and PhD admission.

UGC NET 2024: Editable field
Candidates who have verified their Aadhar are not allowed to make changes to their name, gender, photo, signature, mobile number, email address, permanent or correspondence address, or exam city. However, modifications are allowed in the date of birth, category, father's name, and mother's name.
Similarly, candidates who have not used Aadhar for verification are also restricted from altering their name, gender, photo, signature, mobile number, email address, permanent or correspondence address, and exam city. They are permitted to edit details such as the date of birth, category, father's name, and mother's name.
