UPMSP to start registration for UP Board compartment, improvement exams 2025 on May 19

Download NowThe Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will start the application process for the UP Board Class 10, 12 improvement, compartment exams 2025 on May 19. Students will be able to apply for the UP Board 10th, 12th compartment exams 2025 and UP Board 10th, 12th improvement exams 2025 on the official website, upmsp.edu.in. UPMSP will announce the Class 10, 12 exam dates for written and practical examinations separately.

“This is to inform the general public that the online application for the High School Improvement/Compartment and Intermediate Compartment Examinations of the year 2025, conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj, will be accepted on the official website of the board upmsp.edu.in from May 19, 2025 to June 10, 2025, midnight (12:00 AM), as in previous years,” the board said in an official notification.
UPMSP Matric improvement, compartment exams 2025
The eligibility criteria for UP Board 10th compartment exams 2025 and UP Board Class 10 improvement exams 2025:
Improvement Examination: Under this, candidates can appear for the exam in one subject in which they were unsuccessful.
Compartment Examination: Candidates who have failed in two subjects can appear in the exam for only one of those subjects.
Candidates will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 256.50.
UP Board Inter compartment exams 2025
Candidates appearing from Humanities, Science, and Commerce streams can appear in the compartment exam for one failed subject. In the agriculture stream, candidates can appear in the compartment exam for one paper only out of part-1 or part-2 subjects. In the vocational stream, candidates who failed in any one paper of the trade subject are eligible to apply.
Students will be required to pay an examination fee of Rs 306.
Candidates must deposit the prescribed examination fee via challan into the treasury under the following head and send the original copy of the challan along with the printout of the filled online application form to the concerned regional office of the Board by registered post within 3 days after the last date, by June 13.
Candidates who have failed in both written and practical/project (internal assessment) parts of any subject in the high school improvement or compartment exam or Intermediate compartment exam must appear in both parts. Those who have failed in only one part (either written or practical) and passed in the other may opt to appear only for the failed part, or, if they wish, for both parts.
