UPSC IES, ISS 2025 final results out; Mohit Aggarwal Nadbaiwalla tops economic services exam

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of the Indian Economic Services (IES) and Indian Statistical Services (ISS) examination 2025. Candidates can check their UPSC IES, ISS results on the official website, upsc.gov.in. Mohit Aggarwal Nadbaiwalla has topped the IES exam.

A total of 12 candidates for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and 35 for the Indian Statistical Service (ISS) have been selected for interview or personality tests.

Candidates who cleared the written exam held in June appeared for the interviews and personality tests in September 2025. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 12 IES vacancies and 35 ISS. One backlog vacancy of the Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) - 4 and 5 candidates has been filled by a PwBD 1 category candidate after applying interchangeability provision.

The UPSC results of 12 candidates, two in IES and 10 in ISS, have been kept provisional. “The offer of appointment to the candidates whose result has been kept provisional will not be issued till the commission verifies the original documents awaited from such candidates and clarifies the provisional status of these candidates,” the commission said.

UPSC IES, ISS 2025 recruitment

The provisional results of these candidates will remain valid only for a period of three months from the date of declaration of final result. In case the candidate fails to submit the requisite documents as required by the commission within this period, their candidature will be cancelled and no further correspondence would be entertained in this regard.

Marks of the candidates will be made available on the website within fifteen days from the date of publication of the result.
