UPTAC BTech 2025 round 1 choice-filling begins for JEE Main candidates

UPTAC BTech Counselling 2025: Choice-filling can be done till July 28 on uptac.admissions.nic.in.
Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) choice-filling has started today for Bachelor of Technology (BTech) 2025 admissions. Candidates with valid JEE Main 2025 scores can fill in their preferences regarding courses and colleges, till July 28. The seat allotment list based on the preferences will be released on July 30, on the official website, uptac.admissions.nic.in.
For participating in UPTAC 2025 choice-filling, candidates can log in to the admission portal and select “UPTAC BTech Counselling 2025” along with their type of registration - through JEE Main, CUET UG, or direct admission (Class 12). After submitting their application number and password, candidates can access the choice-filling window.
The first four rounds of counselling for BTech admissions 2025 will be conducted only for those applicants who have valid Joint Entrance Examination (JEE 2025) scores. Offline reporting to the institutes will be done after all four rounds of the main counselling.

Round 5 will be an internal sliding round for admitted students. Rounds 6 and 7 will be special rounds, conducted against the remaining vacancies for candidates with Common Universities Entrance Test - Under Graduate (CUET UG) scores or Class 12 marks.
