For WBJEE counselling 2025, a total of 51,952 seats are offered for BTech, BPharm, and BArch admissions at various engineering institutes of West Bengal.

The board has already conducted WBJEE round 1 counselling. A total of 51,952 seats are being offered BTech, and BPharm admissions. Last year, 44,968 seats were offered for UG admissions.

The WBJEEB board will publish the WBJEE counselling 2025 round 2 allotment results on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in, for BTech, BPharm admissions today. 

According to the official guidelines by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB): “It is essential to note that if the seat is upgraded, the earlier allotment will be cancelled, and the seat will then be allotted to other deserving candidates as per merit."

Those who applied for upgradation in the WBJEE round 1, must note that they cannot reverse the upgrade or cannot claim round 1 allotment in round 2. 

Notably, if the seat is not upgraded, the round 1 seat would remain reserved or retained for the candidate. However, if the seat is upgraded in round 2, then candidates need not be required to pay the seat acceptance fee again. 

WBJEE counselling is being held for candidates who qualified the WB Joint Entrance Examination and looking forward to pursuing undergraduate (UG) courses in BTech, BArch and BPharma courses at universities, government colleges and self-financed institutes in West Bengal.

Those who will be allotted courses along with colleges will have to complete their document verification and admission process between September 9 and 11.
