AP PGCET 2025 results declared for PG admissions; rank card download link

AP PGCET rank card 2025 is available at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/PGCET/. The minimum qualifying marks for ranking in APPGCET is 35%.

Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of APSCHE has declared the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (AP PGCET 2025) results for admission into PG courses. Candidates will be able to download the AP PGCET scorecard using their registration number and hall ticket number.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has hosted the AP PGCET result and rank card on the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/PGCET/.

The marks obtained by the candidates will be used for MA, MCom, MSc, MCJ, MLiSc, MEd, MPEd, MSc Tech admissions in constituent and affiliated government and private colleges, including minority educational institutions in Andhra Pradesh.

The minimum qualifying marks for ranking in APPGCET is 35%. However, “there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for the candidate belonging to the category of Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes for ranking,” it clarified.

In case of a tie between two or more candidates, it will be resolved by considering seniority in age at the time of admission.

AP PGCET 2025: Types of merit lists

A total of five merit lists have been prepared.

State-wide Common Merit List: This will include the candidates based on the marks obtained in the APPGCET, irrespective of category of reservation quota.

Region-wise Common Merit List: The list includes the candidates based on the marks obtained in the APPGCET belonging to the particular local area, irrespective of reservation criteria.

Minority Community Merit Lists: This lists candidates belonging to the different minority communities arranged in the merit awarded in the entrance exam, both state and local area-wise.

Community-wise Merit Lists: A separate community-wise merit lists has been prepared for the SC, ST, and backward class communities both state-wise and local area wise.

Merit list for other categories of reservations: Another merit list is prepared for differently-abled, NCC games and sports, children of ex-servicemen and for women both state-wide and local area-wise.
