IIM Lucknow extends application deadline for blended MBA to August 31

Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has extended the application deadline for its blended MBA programme to August 31. Eligible working professionals can apply for the management course through IIM Lucknow’s official website at iiml.ac.in.

Designed to boost career growth, the blended MBA programme will combine online and in-person modes. Applicants will have an opportunity to learn remotely while participating in the immersive campus interactions to enhance the experience, IIM Lucknow said in an official statement.

Sanjay Singh, dean (programmes), IIM Lucknow, said: “This program is designed to have a perfect work-academic-life balance, without any compromise on the learning aspect of it. This blended MBA is more than a formal degree, it’s a gateway for ambitious professionals to learn, innovate, and lead with impact. We are committed to empower every participant to achieve excellence and create meaningful transformation in business.”

The virtual-live classes for the blended MBA programme at IIM Lucknow will commence on September 25. The programme will consist of case-based teaching, hand-on exercises on various software, project work, and group discussions.

“To ensure best learning experience, participants of the program will benefit from the virtual live sessions, combined with the immersive experience of in-person interactions at IIM Lucknow’s fully equipped campus. State-of-the-art lecture halls and digital platforms will enable a seamless and interactive learning environment,” the institute said.

IIM Lucknow BMBA 2025: Eligibility, selection process

Professionals with minimum of three years of full-time work experience after graduation, at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA, and valid CAT, GMAT or GRE scores are eligible to apply for the blended MBA programme.

Notably, those holding job profiles such as Chartered Accountant (CA), CS, Cost and Management Accountant (ICWA) and possessing foreign degree equivalents are also eligible to apply for the course.

As per the selection criteria, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their academic profile, test scores, and work experience. Followed by an online interview for final selection.

IIM Kozhikode will conduct the Common Admission Test, CAT 2026 on November 30 for admission to MBA and management programmes at IIMs and other management institutes across the country.
