Download NowThe Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will announce the Chartered Accountants (CA) Final, Intermediate and Foundation results for September 2025 on November 3. Candidates who appeared for the exams will be able to check their ICAI CA September 2025 result through the official website at icai.nic.in.
According to the official, the ICIAI CA results of the Final and Intermediate exams will be announced at 2 pm, while the Foundation results will be declared at 5 pm on the same day. The results will include the individual scorecards and merit lists for the respective examination levels.
“The results of the Chartered Accountants Final, Intermediate and Foundation Examinations held in September 2025 are likely to be declared on 3rd November 2025,” the official notice said.
To check the result, candidates will be required to log in using their registration number and roll number. ICAI has asked students to keep their credentials ready in advance to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
Candidates will be declared pass in ICAI CA exams only if they secure at least 40% in each paper and an overall aggregate of 55% in the Foundation and 50% in the Intermediate.
The CA Intermediate September 2025 exams were held from September 4 to 15, while the CA Final exams took place from September 3 to 14. The CA Foundation exams were conducted on September 16, 18, 20, and 22.
ICAI conducts the CA examinations for three levels — Foundation, Intermediate, and Final — twice a year. The September 2025 session was held in various exam centres across India and abroad.

ICAI CA Result 2025: CA Inter pass percentage trends
The CA Intermediate pass rate in January 2025 stood at 14.17% for Group 1, 22.16% for Group 2, and 14.05% for both groups, showing a slight dip from May 2024 trends. The detailed CA Inter pass percentage trends are given in the table below.
