The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, under the Ministry of Education’s flagship initiative – Self-Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams (SATHEE), has launched a 40-day free online crash course for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 preparation. The course will start from November 1. Interested students can register online for the JEE Main 2026 crash course through the official portal – satheejee.iitk.ac.in/jee-crash-course-preparation.

The crash course has been designed to help students strengthen core concepts, and improve their overall exam performance in JEE Mains 2026. It offers a structured learning plan with live and recorded interactive sessions by IITians, daily practice problems, All India mock test series and chapter-wise tests, and AI-based performance analytics for personalised progress tracking.
The online course also features doubt-clearing support from 10 AM to 6 PM, as well as free mentorship and motivational sessions. All resources — including lectures, practice materials, and performance reports — are accessible free of cost to learners across India through the SATHEE platform and its mobile app, available on both Android and iOS devices.

SATHEE aims to democratise access to quality learning resources by providing structured guidance, expert-led sessions, and data-driven insights. It provides free learning and assessment resources for various national entrance exams such as JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT, ICAR, SSC, RRB, and IBPS, ensuring inclusive, equitable, and multilingual access to education.
The platform will soon be available in 12 Indian languages, in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. "Through this initiative, IIT Kanpur continues to extend its commitment to fostering excellence in education and enabling students from every corner of the country to pursue their aspirations through accessible, technology-driven learning solutions," the institute said in an official statement.
