According to the official statement, Masters’ Union’s founding philosophy has been: “Business education must happen alongside business practice.”

“Establishing campuses in industrial centres like Cyberwalk helps students gain practical knowledge. Almost 50% of Masters’ Union students last year worked on live projects or internships with companies located nearby - Microsoft, BCG, Kearney, Accenture, Pernod Ricard, EY-Parthenon, Hitachi, Zomato, and Park+,” the statement said.

The industry exposure helps in bringing almost 30% of placement offers from these companies that the students engaged with during their studies, as per the statement.

Masters’ Union: Real-world knowledge

Pratham Mittal, founder of Masters’ Union said, “We have always believed that the best learning happens not in silos, but in the shadow of real-world enterprise. This new campus at Cyberwalk continues that approach of placing our students at the centre of India’s industrial corridor, where they can learn by observing, participating, and building alongside real businesses.”

The Gurugram business school has faculty from multinational corporations (MNC) to startup leaders, from companies like Amazon, Apple, and Mckinsey. The leadership consists of graduates from institutes like Stanford, Wharton, Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), and Indian Institutes of Management (IIM).
