In a post on X, Delhi University said Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh has urged students to remain calm and continue their preparations after the cancellation of NEET UG 2026. He asked aspirants to stay focused on their studies and keep faith in the system while the investigation into the paper leak allegations continues.

Students who registered for NEET UG 2026 and appeared for the cancelled exam held on May 3 will be eligible to appear for the re-examination. According to NTA officials, candidates will not have to register again for the reNEET. Existing application forms, uploaded documents and category details submitted earlier will remain valid for the re-NEET process.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested two more accused persons and conducted searches at 14 locations in the last 24 hours in the NEET UG 2026 paper leak case, DD reported.
