Internshala will conduct an employability skill test for NIELIT students, with the question bank developed by Internshala and reviewed by NIELIT.
NEW DELHI: National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) signed an agreement with Internshala to support student internships and employment. The partnership aims to streamline campus recruitment processes across NIELIT centres and connect NIELIT-trained students with diverse employment opportunities.
According to the official press release, NIELIT students will get access to the Internshala platform for finding internships and job placements. NIELIT will promote the platform at its centres and designate placement officers to oversee student data and job activities on the portal.
To enhance placement results, Internshala will conduct an employability skill test for NIELIT students and generate an analytical skill report based on their performance. The question bank for this test will be created by Internshala and reviewed by NIELIT.
Additionally, Internshala’s skilling programmes will be incorporated into NIELIT’s courses, aligning with industry standards for accreditation. These courses will be jointly accredited by Internshala and NIELIT, offering students industry-recognised certifications.
