OFSS Bihar Spot Admission 2025: Institutions will verify applications and release the spot admission list on August 6. Selected students will have to complete admission by August 10.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has commenced the spot admission process for Bihar intermediate admissions for the academic session 2025–27. Eligible students seeking admission to Class 11 in Bihar schools can apply through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS). The application window will remain open till tomorrow, August 5 on the official website, ofssbihar.net.
As per the office notice, the Bihar OFSS spot admission portal 2025 is open to three categories of students, including those who were not allotted a seat in any of the three merit lists issued earlier, those who did not apply through OFSS earlier, and those who were selected in any of the lists but did not take admission. The first, second, and third merit lists were released on June 4, July 15, and July 28, respectively.
Students not selected in any list can visit the OFSS portal to view the institution-wise seat vacancies. Such students can fill in their details using the OFSS reference number or barcode along with their mobile number to generate their spot admission application. Signed copies of this application should be submitted to the preferred institutions on August 4 and 5.
BSEB Class 11 Spot Admission 2025: Registration fee
Candidates who have not applied through OFSS so far will have to first register on the portal and fill the Common Application Form (CAF). They are required to pay an application fee of Rs 350 through online payment modes or via e-challan at designated HDFC Bank or Indian Bank branches. After registration, students will have to print and sign the CAF and submit it to the institutions of their choice within the same two-day window.
For students who were allotted seats in any of the selection lists but did not take admission, their candidature stands cancelled. If they now wish to take admission, they will have to reapply through the OFSS portal following the same procedure as new applicants.
