CBSE 12th final date sheet 2026 out; NTA seeks Class 11 details to avoid JEE Mains clash

CBSE will conduct the Class 12th board exam 2026 from February 17 onwards till April 9.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the final CBSE board exam 2026 Class 12th timetable. CBSE has asked JEE Main 2026 aspirants to provide their Class 11th details in the JEE application form to avoid any date clash. CBSE board exams 2026 for Class 12th will be held from February 17 to April 9.
CBSE informed that dates for the entrance exams for Class 12th students have been taken into consideration. CBSE Board 2026 Class 12th will be held before the entrance exam dates.
The CBSE board exam will begin at 10: 30 am and last till 1:30 pm. This year, approximately 45 lakh candidates will appear in 204 subjects across the Class 10 to 12 exams.
Candidates should have a minimum of atleast 75% attendance and an internal assessment score to appear for the CBSE Board Exams 2026.

CBSE changed the exam being held on February 21 to Automotive and Fashion Studies from Business Studies and Administration. The exam dates for several subjects have been revised, including accountancy, psychology, geography, etc.
