CBSE Class 10, 12 supplementary exam dates 2024 out; registration begins

NEW DELHI : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced Class 10, 12 supplementary exam dates 2024. Class 10 supplementary exams 2024 will be held from July 15 while Class 12 supplementary exams will be conducted on July 15, single day. The board will issue the CBSE 10th supplementary exam date sheet later at cbse.gov.in.

The board has asked schools to submit the list of candidates for Class 10, 12 supplementary exams 2024 and released the eligibility criteria, fee structure, process of applying, and subjects for which the compartment exams will be held.

Schools will have to submit the LOC through the Pariksha Sangam link. “Only those students whose name is submitted through the online process shall be allowed to appear for supplementary examinations, 2024,” said CBSE in an official notice.

The board asked students who appeared for board exams 2024 as regular students and have been placed in the ‘compartment’ category to approach the school from which they appeared for the exam. Schools have also been asked to inform their students about the exams and put the names of all the students placed in this category in the LOC even if they are unable to contact them.

Moreover, students who wish to improve their performance in two subjects of Class 10 and one subject of Class 12 can also send their names. Additionally, those candidates who could not pass the exams in the first and second chance will be treated as private candidates for the third and last chance in supplementary exams 2024. Such students can apply directly through the official website, cbse.gov.in.

Schools can make fee payment through debit card or credit card or NEFT or RTGS or SWIFT.

How to submit list of candidates?

Schools can follow the steps given below to submit the list of students for supplementary exams:

• Generate list of candidates placed in compartment category from school login
• Select roll number and subject of student
• Finalise the selected candidate and note application ID
• Pay the online fee
• Generate the final list and make a copy

Further, CBSE informed that 10th, 12th supplementary exams will be based on CBSE syllabus. The board will inform about admit card dates separately.
