CBSE SQP and MS released for the final exam format and syllabus; no change in assessment scheme
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published Class 10 and Class 12 sample papers for the academic year 2025-26. The marking scheme for each sample paper is also released on the official website, cbseacademic.nic.in.
The CBSE Sample Question Papers (SQP) and Marking Schemes (MS) aim to provide the format of the final board exam question papers. The SQPs equip students to understand the syllabus and question paper pattern guidelines. Practising the sample papers helps students to recognise the CBSE final exam outline for better preparation.
As per the notification released by CBSE, there is no change in the assessment scheme from the year 2024-25, and the scheme will remain the same for both Classes 10 and 12. Most of the sample question papers, along with marking schemes, are given in both English and Hindi, except for language papers. Since the CBSE date sheet 2026 for Class 10 and Class 12, it is the right time for the students to start exploring the CBSE sample papers.
