Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 round 1 seat allotment postponed due to ‘unavoidable reasons’

Use NowThe Commissionerate of Medical Education has postponed the Chhattisgarh NEET PG round 1 seat allotment result due to “unavoidable reasons”. Candidates who have applied for the state counselling round will be able to download the Chhattisgarh NEET PG seat allotment order from the official website, cgdme.in .
A total of 875 candidates who qualified NEET PG 2025 and meet the eligibility criteria have been listed in the Chhattisgarh NEET PG merit list for round 1. Additionally, 29 in-service candidates have been awarded bonus marks on the basis of years of experience.
The Chhattisgarh NEET PG round 1 seat allotment was scheduled to be declared on December 10, however, it stands postponed. The new date for publication of results will be announced soon on the counselling portal.

“All candidates participating in the counseling for Medical Postgraduate (MD/MS) courses in Chhattisgarh State for the academic year 2025 are hereby informed that the allocation for the first phase of counseling for Medical Postgraduate (MD/MS) courses, which was scheduled for December 10, 2025, has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances,” the official notice read.
Chhattisgarh NEET PG counselling fee
Candidates who have secured a minimum qualifying mark in the NEET PG 2025 exam will have to pay a one-time security deposit along with the application fee. The counselling and security deposit fee for UR candidates is Rs 25,000 and Rs 2 lakh respectively. Those belonging to the reserved category will have to pay Rs 12,500 as counselling fee to apply for government medical colleges.
The fee will be forfeited if candidates allotted seats in the second round of counseling do not take admission, or if they take admission and leave the seat.
For government and private medical seats, candidates are required to pay Rs 1,000 and for NRI quota seats, students should deposit Rs 10,000.
