The assessment is conducted to evaluate the foundational literacy and numeracy skills of enrolled non-literate learners.
Candidates who qualify the assessment will receive a certificate issued by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), recognising their achievement in acquiring foundational literacy and numeracy skills. As per the official press release, the FLNAT 2024 is conducted across 23 states and over 37 lakh learners are expected to participate.
