IB ACIO grade 2 recruitment 2023: The selection process includes three stages- tier 1 exam, tier 2 exam and final interview.
NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Home Affairs has commenced the registration process for the intelligence bureau assistant central intelligence officer grade 2 (IB ACIO ) recruitment exam 2023. Registrations for ACIO grade II will conclude on December 15, 2023. Eligible candidates can register themselves on the official website of MHA - IB at mha.gov.in.
This recruitment drive will fill up 995 posts in the Intelligence Bureau. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree from a recognised university to apply for the mentioned posts. To be eligible, the candidate's age should be between 18 and 27 years old.
Male candidates belonging to the unreserved (UR), economically weaker section (EWS), and Other backward classes (OBC) categories will have to pay the exam fee of Rs 100, while all candidates must cover the processing charges of Rs 450. Payment can be made online using SBI epay lite, debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, UPI, SBI challan, and others.

The selection process for IB ACIO grade 2 posts includes three stages- tier-1 exam, tier- 2 exam and final interview. Candidate's marks in the tier-1 exam determine their eligibility for the Tier-II exam. Candidates are shortlisted for the interview round based on the combined marks obtained in tier 1 and tier 2 exam.

Candidates can follow these steps to apply for the IB recruitment 2023.
- Go to the official website at mha.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the registration option.
- Fill the registration form by entering details such as name, email id, contact information.
- Next, login by entering credentials generated during registration.
- Fill in the application form with required details.
- Upload required documents and pay the fees.
- Download and take a printout of the confirmation page.
