Karnataka NMMS 2024 exam postponed to January 5; notification at kseab.karnataka.gov.in

The Karnataka NMMS exam 2024-25 will have two papers. Paper 1 will be held from 10:30 am to 12 pm, while paper 2 will take place from 2 pm to 3:30 pm.
NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has postponed the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2024 exam due to due to unavoidable reasons. The Karnataka NMMS 2024 exam will now be held on January 5, 2025. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held on December 8, 2024.

“Due to unavoidable reasons, the exam date has been changed. The districts, talukas, and schools are instructed to widely publicize this change and take necessary steps to ensure students are well-prepared for the exam,” English translation of official notice read. Candidates can check the Karnataka NMMS 2024 exam postponement notice through the official website, kseab.karnataka.gov.in.
The NMMS exam 2024-25 will consist of two papers: Paper 1, the Mental Ability Test (MAT), and Paper 2, the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Paper 1 will be held from 10:30 am to 12 pm for a total duration of 90 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes provided for students with disabilities.
Paper 2 will also take place on January 5, 2025, from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. Like the first paper, this will also be a 90-minute exam, with an extra 30 minutes allotted for students with disabilities.

Karnataka NMMS 2024 passing marks
Candidates can check the passing marks for the Karnataka NMMS 2024 from the table given below. Qualifying students will receive an annual scholarship of Rs. 12,000 to support their education from Class 9 onwards.
