Maharashtra BBA CAP round 1 final merit list out; 22,023 qualify for counselling

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has issued the final merit list for the Maharashtra CAP round 1 for admission to first-year undergraduate management courses. A total of 22,023 candidates from the All-India category have qualified for the counselling process. For Maharashtra candidates, the final merit list includes 20,525 candidates.
The Maharashtra BBA CAP final merit list PDF will include application ID, candidate name, gender, home university, category, merit rank, exam score and percentile, SSC and HSC marks, including subject-wise percentages. Candidates can download the official PDF through the official website at bba2025.mahacet.org.in.
As per the official schedule, candidates whose names are listed in the final merit list are required to submit and confirm their option forms for CAP round 1 through their respective logins by August 31, 2025. The provisional Maharashtra BBA CAP round 1 allotment of seats will be displayed on September 2, 2025.

Accept allotted seat by September 6
After the seat allotment, candidates are required to accept the allotted seat online by September 6. CET cell states that candidates who have secured their first-preference seat will have their allotment auto-frozen, and they will have to pay the seat acceptance fee online.
Candidates allotted seats other than their first preference can either freeze their seat by paying the fee or opt for betterment in subsequent rounds.
Candidates allotted seats in the first round of counselling will have to report to the allotted institute for confirmation of admission, submission of required documents, and fee payment between September 3 and September 6. Institutes will verify documents, update the admission status online, and provide candidates with a system-generated confirmation and fee receipt.
