MICA launches 'social media influencer' online programme; offers 5 paid internships

MICA’s 25-week social media course fee is Rs 1,00,500 plus GST, and is scheduled to begin on December 28.
MICA has launched a 25-week online “Social Media Influencer Programme” designed for digital creators who understand the business, strategy, and impact behind influence. The fee for the course is Rs 1,00,500 plus GST, and it is scheduled to begin on 28 December. Notably, participants will have the opportunity for a paid internship.
According to the official MICA press release, the social media influence programme will be taught by Falguni Vasavada and Siddharth Deshmukh, with industry insights provided by Viraj Sheth, the co-founder and CEO of Monk Entertainment.
Additionally, participants will have the opportunity for five paid internships with Monk Entertainment.
Furthermore, Sheth will conduct two exclusive live masterclasses and will share frameworks, insights and growth strategy directly from his experience building Monk Entertainment into a Rs 97.8 crore powerhouse.
The two masterclasses will include:
Media Training for Digital Thought Leaders : This masterclass will help build authenticity, manage public perception, and represent your brand confidently.
Multi-Platform Content Distribution and Growth Strategy : The second class will make participants learn how to expand their reach, optimise engagement, and design a sustainable multi-platform content engine.
MICA: 5 participants to receive internship opportunity
To bridge learning with real-world experience, five participants from the programme will get a paid internship at Monk Entertainment (Monk-E) in Mumbai, in one of India’s top digital media and creator management agencies. The internship offers an opportunity to see how creators and brands work together and gain experience in the industry.
Through this programme, participants will be able to:
- Create a unique influencer identity and brand voice.
- Understand platform algorithms and content strategy.
- Master GenAI tools for scalable content creation.
- Learn to collaborate with brands and monetise effectively.
- Build a long-term growth and revenue roadmap.
- Gain exposure through live masterclasses and potential internships.
