Download NowNEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will conduct the evaluation of UP Board Class 10, 12 exams 2025 between March 19 and April 2, 2025. The board has activated the link to download the appointment letter and principal letter for the evaluation work for the examination year 2025 through the school login.

The checking of students’ answer sheets will be conducted at the evaluation centres from 10 am to 5 pm. Along with the evaluation dates and timing, the UP Board has also issued guidelines for the exam controllers for a secure and transparent evaluation of UP Board 10th, 12th exams 2025 which concluded on March 12.
The board aims to complete the evaluation process within 15-16 days and declare UP Board result 2025 in the end of April or beginning of May.
UP Board Result 2025: Guidelines for controller
According to the UPMSP guidelines, the responsibilities of the assistant controller or deputy assistant controller will be as follows:
- Appoint responsible personnel at the entrance of the evaluation center.
- Restrict the entry of unauthorized individuals or additional persons into the evaluation work.
- Ensure the installation of CCTV cameras in all evaluation rooms.
- The chief examiner should ensure the presence of all examiners.
- Arrange proper seating for the examiners.
- Ensure the timely issuance of identification cards and the proper completion of answer sheets.
- Appoint the required number of personnel according to the code numbers.
- Appoint additional assistant examiners or examiners as required, ensuring they are qualified for the subject.
- Ensure that mobile phones and other electronic devices are not brought into the evaluation rooms by the chief examiners and examiners.
- Prohibit photography in the evaluation rooms.
- Ensure that information of evaluated answer sheets is made available to the controller and the secondary education council every day.
- Check for errors in the blank sheets.
- Create subject-specific batches and ensure that 5% of the answer sheets are evaluated by two examiners.
- Ensure that all staff members at the evaluation center keep their mobile phones in a secure room in one place.
- Pay special attention to the cleanliness of the evaluation center every day.
- Make arrangements for the required number of attendants as per the requirement.
