NEW DELHI : Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination (MSBSHSE) has announced the Class 10, 12 board exam dates 2025, as per a Times of India report. Accordingly, the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or 12th exams will be held from February 11 to March 18 while the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or 10th exams will be conducted from February 21 to March 17.
The board will issue the Maharashtra 12th board exam time table 2024 and Maharashtra 10th board exam time table 2025 soon on the official website, mahasscboard.in.
The state board has advanced the Class 10, 12 exam dates as compared to the previous years. Sufficient time for preparation of entrance exams, early results and supplementary exams for students, and smooth admission process are some of the reasons behind the decision, board chairman Sharad Gosavi told TOI .

MSBSHSE conducted the previous academic session’s SSC board exams from March 1 to March 26 and HSC board exams from February 21 to March 14 in two shifts this year.
A total of 15,60,154 students registered for Class 10 board exams, of which; 15,49,326 took the exams. 14,84,441 students cleared the exam. The pass percentage of girl students stood at 97.21% while boys recorded a pass percentage of 94.56%.
In Class 12, the overall pass percentage was recorded at 93.37%. The science students recorded 97.82% while the pass percentage of arts students stood at 85.88%. The passing rate of commerce students was 92.18%.
